Stroke Refinement Sessions
Service Description
These swimming sessions are designed to enhance your technique in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. By optimizing your form, you'll swim more effortlessly and increase your speed. Sessions are 45 minutes in duration. Sessions can be either private or small group (2 or 3 swimmers). Price is per swimmer. Sessions are held at the Aqua Elite Swimstitute pool. * Swim faster & more efficiently * Targeted sessions that focus on stroke technique * Tailored to individuals needs and goals * Ideal for preparing for competitions (swim or triathlon) or swim team seasons (summer, middle or high school)
Cancellation Policy
Please book and attend all lessons as unused lessons will not carry over to 2025. Must cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the lesson so staff can fill the lesson spot in a timely manner. There is a cancelation and reschedule fee of $15 if this is not completed within this timeframe. No refund for no show or if lesson is not rescheduled or cancelled per policy time frames. Emergencies and weather conditions are generally the exception to the policy.
